Beschreibung: Fenpropimorph ist ein systematisches Fungizid, das zur Morpholingruppe der Sterolbiosynthesehemmer gehört. Es wird häufig in Getreide eingesetzt, um Krankheitserreger wie <i>Erysiphe graminis</i> (Echter Mehltau) und <i>Puccinia recondita</i> (Getreiderost) zu bekämpfen. Fenpropimorph hemmt Pilzenzyme; 8 bis 7 Isomerasen und 14 Reduktasen, die an der Ergosterolbiosynthese beteiligt sind. Fenpropimorph ist gemäß Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1107/2009 nicht für die Verwendung in der Europäischen Union (EU) zugelassen. Der maximale Rückstandsgehalt (MRLs) für Fenpropimorph (Summe der Isomere) gemäß Verordnung (EU) 2019/552 wurde für Produkte pflanzlichen und tierischen Ursprungs auf 0,01 bis 3 mg/kg festgelegt. Fenpropimorph muss im Rahmen des mehrjährigen Kontrollprogramms für Pestizidrückstände (MACP) überwacht werden, das in der EU und der EFTA in/auf Produkten pflanzlichen Ursprungs durchgeführt wird.
