Filter Zentrifugaleinheiten
A centrifugal tool for purifying and concentrating His-tagged proteins, GSH-tagged proteins and antibodies.

  • Minimum final concentrate volume: 15 µl
  • Colour code: Clear with pink cap
  • Non sterile

The device combines affinity-based spin column purification with downstream sample concentration and buffer exchange. Featuring a large reservoir that accommodates a range of sample volumes, the device reduces the need for multiple centrifugation steps. Simply attach the included Amicon® Ultra filter for simultaneous elution, concentration and highly efficient buffer exchange (>99%) in a single spin.

Kit includes 12/pk Amicon Pro, 12/pk Amicon Ultra NMWCO 3/10/30/50/100 kDa, 3 ml Protein A resin (Binding capacity: 20 mg human IgG/ml agarose), 2×66 ml bind/wash buffer, 12 ml elution buffer, 2,5 ml neutralisation buffer.

Kit includes 12/pk Amicon Pro, 12/pk Amicon Ultra NMWCO 3/10/30/50/100 kDa, 3 ml Protein G resin (Binding capacity: 20 mg human IgG/ml agarose), 2×66 ml bind/wash buffer, 12 ml elution buffer, 2,5 ml neutralisation buffer.
