Makrolite 4K is easy to use delivering both versatility and high performance. Suitable for industrial and life science sectors including production, lab research, R&D, micro assembly, quality control, inbound/outbound product checking, dissection and re-work.
The wide dynamic range of 4K resolution is ideal for reflective subjects, for example solder joints, subjects in shadow, or subjects with low contrast, such as rubber and plastic. Combined with a wide range of objective lenses and stand options, Makrolite 4K is a flexible solution to your specific inspection needs.
Outstanding image detail – Makrolite 4K offers inspection, magnification, measurement and capture with 4K resolution (4× greater than Full HD) and a 20:1 optical zoom. The result is exceptional image quality, showing finer details of the subject and improving productivity.
Ideal for challenging subjects – Makrolite 4K’s wide dynamic range is ideally suited for inspection of subjects that are highly reflective such as electro-polished finishes and solder joints, and subjects where details are often lost in areas of shadow, highlights or poor contrast such as black plastics and ceramics.
Fast defect detection – Live image overlay comparison provides a reliable and efficient way to save time in carrying out routine or recurring inspection tasks to defined standards. CAD file import acts as a simple image comparator making it easy to spot faults and pass/fail inspection.
Bestellinformation: Console configuration – The Makrolite 4K’s HDMI port connects directly to a 4K monitor. Full, stand-alone, control is via a console/keypad. Controls include zoom, autofocus/manual focus, aperture and exposure settings, gain, white balance, objective selection, screen size selection, image flipping, and access to 4 pre-sets buttons whereby all of these settings can be saved/loaded for rapid set-up.
PC configuration – The PC version extends functionality through the use of Windows software. The key software option is ViPlus which provides full camera control, image capture, measurement, analysis and reporting/tabulation. Saved calibration files store all camera settings (= pre-sets).
