This means there is no risk of resin contamination often found in recycled or commodity-grade resins. These tubes can be used for analysis tasks that require extremely low levels of most common metals. Target applications include environmental and water analysis, soil testing, food science, x-ray crystallography, clinical extractions, and separations.
MetalFree™ Natural Flat Caps are natural and semi-opaque. Made of virgin, metal-free high density polyethylene resin, these caps have zero colorants or dyes added. They feature precise vertical ridges for 'easy grip' ergonomic handling, even with gloves. The low profile cap design allows for easy labeling and storing tubes in racks without overcrowding.
