Multi-Tube Vortex Mixers

These multi-tube vortexers are ideal for high throughput sample processing. Interchangeable foam racks for vortexing tubes with diameters from 10 to 29 mm are available. Vortexing action is created by securing the top of the sample in place while allowing the bottom to rotate freely in a 3,6 mm orbit.

  • The stainless steel one piece housing design is conducive to keeping the vortexer clean and free from contaminants
  • Can be used for suspensions, high throughput testing in clinical, environmental and chemistry labs
  • Can be used in conditions from 4 to 40 °C (from 20 to 85% relative humidity, non condensing).

Analogue vortexer has adjustable speed with an automatic timer for simple repeat procedures and a conveniently angled front panel.

Digital vortexer features a microprocessor controller for digital programming of both speed and time and a pulse feature for difficult mixing applications. Ideal for applications that require accuracy and repeatability. Digital readouts of both speed and time are easily viewed from the easy to read LED display.

Timer can be programmed or can be run in continuous mode. Versatile pulsing feature stops and starts the unit in pre-determined increments to add further agitation to mixing process. Programmable pulsing mode allows user to adjust the pulse-on and pulse-off times between 1 and 59 seconds in 1 second intervals. This feature enhances the vortex action by creating a more vigorous mix.
