Die Formulierung ist für eine anfängliche Anzucht von 4000 Zellen/cm² bis zur Konfluenz (ca. 90%) optimiert. Futterschicht, Matrixsubstrate oder andere Substanzen sind nicht erforderlich. Aufgrund der Möglichkeit einer verringerten proliferativen Aktivität empfehlen wir, das Antibiotika-Ergänzungsmittel nur für frisch isolierte Zellen zu verwenden.
